記号や形態を素材として捉え、分解と再構築を繰り返すこと。

紙パルプを用い、乾燥や湿度、天候など環境による変化を取り込みながら制作しています。
古紙や広告、包装紙など身近な紙を水に溶かし、分解と再構築を繰り返しています。
支持体とメディウムを横断しながら、素材自体が像として立ち現れる状態を探っています。

モチーフは構成のための仮の記号として扱っています。

Treating signs and forms as materials, I repeat processes of deconstruction and reconstruction.
Using paper pulp, I create works that incorporate environmental changes such as dryness, humidity, and weather conditions.
I dissolve familiar papers such as recycled paper, advertisements, and packaging materials in water, repeating processes of deconstruction and reconstruction.
Crossing the boundary between support and medium, I explore states in which the material itself emerges as image.
Motifs are treated as provisional signs for composition.

1982年 千葉県生まれ
2005年 武蔵野美術大学造形学部油絵学科卒業
千葉県在住。グラフィックデザイナーとして活動する傍ら、紙パルプを用いた作品を制作。
